Packages: 

  • All packages must be delivered to the main office at 7500 Collins Ave, Room #120. 
  • ID is required to pick up your package. 
  • Package handling fees may apply. 

Hotel Policies: 

  • Non-Smoking Policy:  Seaside Hotel is a NON-SMOKING property. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected in the room. Eviction may also occur. 
  • Housekeeping Service: Full housekeeping service is provided after 3 days of your stay. For additional housekeeping requests before the 3rd day, please notify the front desk in advance. 
  • Damaged Linens/Towels: Any damage to linens or towels will be charged to your security deposit. No exceptions. 
  • Pets Policy: Pets allowed for a $150 non-refundable fee.

Daily Happy Hour: 

 Enjoy a complimentary house drink of the day at our sister property, Oceanside Hotel (6084 Collins Ave). Happy Hour is from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. 

Pool Hours: 

  •  Pool is open from 9:00 AM to Sunset. 
  •  No pets or glass allowed in the pool. 
  •  (Please refer to the map for pool locations). 

Liability Notice: 

 We are not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended or behind. Please secure your valuables. 

Luggage Policy: 

 For liability and safety reasons, the hotel will not hold guests' luggage. Thank you for understanding. 

Parking Information: 

  • On-site parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis via the ParkMobile App (Location #1631). 
  • Parking on property is managed by the City of Miami Beach, not the hotel. 
  • Metered parking is available along Collins Ave using ParkMobile. Please pay attention to Tow-Away Zone and Private Parking signs. Unauthorized parking can result in tickets and towing. Meters are enforced 24/7. 
  • For longer trips, we recommend using ride-sharing apps like Uber or Lyft.
